This was my first year at CWP and I learned a lot of new writing techniques. I also learned a few tips on illustrating books. My favorite part of the program was meeting with my writing group members. I have never met more helpful, mature teens than I have here. I got lots of constructive criticism and got to understand things through a different person’s point of view.

Last time I said no

But you insisted

So I said yes

Last time I swore I wouldn’t

But you swore I would

So I did

Last time I said never again

But you said one more time

So I gave in

But last night was the last night
